Our menu offers a wide variety of options to satisfy all palettes & broaden the horizons of those with diet restrictions. More than half of the menu can be prepared gluten free from classic comfort food such as hot soup & old fashioned overstuffed deli sandwiches to creative twists such as specialty pizzas and gourmet grilled cheese. We also offer a wide variety of vegetarian options such as salads, pizzas, and sandwiches. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.
We take Gluten Free Seriously
In our kitchen we focus on keeping the gluten free food truly gluten free. Management and staff are aware of the dangers of cross-contamination for those with gluten intolerance. We take the following precautions to eliminate the chance of cross-contamination:
• Dedicated GF Grill
• Dedicated GF Fryer
• Dedicated GF toaster
• Dedicated GF prep station
• Separately prepared ingredients for GF sandwiches
• Different colored gloves worn in the kitchen area when handling GF items
• GF items are stored in the walk-in freezer while the wheat-based dough is prepared in the kitchen. After dough prep, the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned for the evening before the start of the next business day.
While we cannot provide a 100% guarantee on gluten free items, we do take every possible precaution within our means to make our gluten free guests feel comfortable and safe to dine here.
